Andy MacCulloch

Bringing structure to messy work.

I help small businesses, teams, and busy people organize tasks, projects, workflows, and ideas into simple systems they can actually use.

If the work is scattered across notes, emails, spreadsheets, texts, and memory, I can help turn it into something clear and manageable.

Task & Project Setup

Best for people who need help turning an idea, task list, or project into a clear structure with next steps, owners, timelines, and follow-ups. This could include Monday.com, Google Sheets, Notion, Trello, Excel, or another simple tool.

Documentation & Clarity

How It Works

A simple, practical approach to organizing your work.

1

We sort out what feels messy

We look at what you are trying to manage and where things are getting stuck.

2

We choose the right structure

This might be a board, tracker, document, dashboard, checklist, or simple planning system.

3

I build or clean up the system

I help create something practical, clear, and easy to maintain.

4

You leave with next steps

The goal is not just a nice-looking tool. The goal is a system you can actually use.
